1. Overview
CO2/MAG/MIG weldingautomatic trolleys are widely used in ships, bridges, locomotives, steelstructures, petrochemical industries and other industries. They are suitablefor welding a variety of welded structures, such as: welding of stiffenerplates, ribs, cross parts, box beams Welding, etc. Its main advantages are:
1.1 Reduce laborintensity and improve the working environment;
1.2 Improve workefficiency, which is 1.5 times that of manual welding;
1.3 Avoid poor weldquality caused by human factors. Generally, the defect rate of manual operationis about 20%, and the use of automatic welding trolleys does not result in theresulting welding defect rate, so its overall benefit is nearly 200% higher thanmanual welding;
1.4 High degree ofautomation to ensure the stability of welding quality;
1.5 Does not requirevery skilled technical workers;
The welding trolleyis a welding equipment that uses a rack and pinion to drive on the track. It iswidely used in horizontal butt welding and vertical butt welding, especiallysuitable for welding of medium and thick plates. By adjusting the position andangle of the welding gun, fillet welding, horizontal welding and overheadwelding can also be performed. The trolley body, swing device, and controlpanel are integrated, and can be welded while walking on the track. The trackis attracted to the workpiece with a strong magnet, which is easy to installand disassemble.
