Fully digitally controlled welding power source 350/500 GP5
GP5 As an advanced multi-functional welding machine, GP5 welding power source driven by its embedded database for a variety of materials is capable of connecting different wire feeders, welding guns and shielding gas, suitable for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum welding. The built-in IoT module and analog communication interface as well as the expandable digital interface enable GP5 to work with the automatic special purpose machine and robot.
The main welding methods: CO2, MAG, MIG, MAG pulse, MIG pulse,MIG Double pulse
1. High-quality aluminum MIG welding can be achieved for both thin and medium-thick plates
1.1 DSP control, realize the best pulse waveform control.
1.2 Built-in wire diameter range 1.2, 1.6 expert data, can adapt to aluminum welding from thin plates to thick plates.
2. Wire feeding device with high-precision encoder motor
2.1 It adopts a motor with a digital encoder, which has high wire feeding precision, strong wire feeding force and strong anti-interference ability to ensure the stability of welding.
2.2 The enclosed wire feeding mechanism effectively prevents dust pollution.
2.3 Adopt damping disc shaft, which has good braking performance.
2.4 Four-wheel wire feeding is adopted, with strong wire feeding force and stable wire feeding.
3. Realize instantaneous and stable arc starting
3.1 Through the use of all-digital encoder wire feeder and unique arc ignition control technology, instant arc ignition is realized.
3.2 Through the end shape control of the welding wire at the end of welding, the smooth arc ignition is ensured next time.
4. Expandable welding functions for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, etc.
(Need to purchase software, wire feeder, welding torch and other ancillary equipment)
4.1 The root welding function can correspond to the operation requirements of bottom welding, all-position welding, and large gap welding of thin plates.
4.2 Deep penetration arc function (optional), which can perform penetration welding on thick plates to obtain greater penetration.
4.3 Expandable 3 series and 4 series stainless steel welding data to realize high-quality welding of stainless steel.
5. Multiple welding modes optimized for aluminum welding.
5.1 Single pulse mode is suitable for welding of medium and thick aluminum materials, and double pulse mode is suitable for thin plate and vertical welding.
5.2 Arc length control function can adjust the heat output of the arc by changing the arc length.
5.3 It can be widely used for welding a variety of aluminum alloys.
5.4 A special arc software package can be customized for special aluminum alloy materials.
6. Abundant arc characteristics to achieve high-quality welding of aluminum
6.1 Convenient and practical management function: 100 sets of welding conditions can be stored and recalled. The upper and lower limits of the welding current can be set to prevent the operator from exceeding the standard use.
6.2 It can be used as a power supply for robots and special machines: with a digital communication interface, it can be connected with Panasonic robots to achieve efficient welding. With RS485 interface, it can communicate with PLC and other digital equipment as a special welding power source.
