2. Welding robot workstation workflow
(1) Firstly, fix the product to be welded onto the support bracket on the rotary positioner (equipped with a dedicated mold for the end cover). Move the air valve on the tailstock to tighten the product, ensuring that the product can be repeatedly installed, preventing the workpiece from falling during the welding process, and avoiding welding deformation in certain areas;
(2) Retrieve the required running program from the CNC controller;
(3) Press the start button of the positioner, and after the welding gun automatically drops, perform full position circumferential welding of the product on the workpiece;
(4) After welding is completed, repeat the installation again;
(5) Repeat the above steps.
3. Workpiece precision requirement：
（1）The surface of the work shall not affect the quality of welding oil, rust, moisture；
（2）Must not affect the positioning of burrs, etc.；
（3）The clearance shall be no more than 1mm；
（4）The consistency error of the same weld group is less than 0.5m。

KLTHFH CNC ring seam automatic welding machine is a kind of automatic welding equipment for ring seam. It can be equipped with a TIG welding power source (filled or unfilled), CO2/MAG/MIG welding power supply, plasma welding power supply, etc. Main technical parameters:
The machine is mainly composed of a machine bed, a rotating spindle box, a beam, a pneumatic tailstock, a welding torch pneumatic lifting mechanism, a welding gun adjusting mechanism and a CNC automatic welding controller. Other optional devices include welding gun swinging device, TIG arc voltage heightening device (TIG arc length tracking), multi-layer multi-channel welding device, and contact welding seam tracking device.
The machine adopts a combined structure, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly. Therefore, the machine can be used for automatic welding of all kinds of ring welds with a suitable welding power source.
This equipment is mainly used for high quality circumferential seam welding of workpieces of different materials, sizes and shapes. Welded joints have different shapes, including butt welds, lap welds, lock bottom welds, etc., similar to workpieces such as gas cylinders, fire hoses, drive shafts, shock absorbers, mufflers, pipe flanges, engineering cylinders, water tanks, fuel tanks. Such as automatic loop seam welding.
Our CNC ring seam welding machines can be installed with more than two welding torches according to the customer's needs and welded at the same time.

1.2 Introduction to CNC controller
1.2.1 Explanation of buttons
Power light: The power switch of the machine.
Emergency stop : Press the emergency stop button to stop the spindle, close the welding, and restore the pneumatic system! Welding switch ON/OFF: The controller can automatically turn off and on during operation.
Welding torch UP/Down: Control welding gun 1 or 2 pneumatic lifting slide. Start UP: Automatic operation starts
1.2.2 Controller Description
Auto Run: press this automatically operate programs opened last time.
JOG: Press it to enter manual mode, which can manually control the selection of the spindle box, and so on.
PROG: Program editing screen, opening program, etc.
PAR: The parameter settings of the machine can be set without the need for users to operate after the machine leaves the factory.
ESC: Return/Exit button
1.2.3 How to automatically run a program:
Press' AUTO 'on the controller, Turn on the knob of the welding switch and then press the start button.
If only testing and not welding: Please rotate the welding switch to OFF
2. Package
After the production is finished for all the equipment, the seller should make suitable package for certain equipment parts and label the parts. Besides, the equipment package shall be intact during the loading, unloading and transportation.
