2. Welding robot workstation workflow
(1) First, fix the product to be welded on the rotary positioner of station A, and then fix it with a special manual three-jaw chuck (the machine is equipped with a laser red dot, in order to ensure the starting point of product installation). This ensures repeatable installation of the product, prevents workpieces from falling off during welding, and avoids welding distortion in certain areas.
(2) Obtain the required processing program in the robot welding control, and open the laser welding seam tracking software
(3) Press the start button of the positioner at station A, and the welding robot automatically performs the position welding of the laser welding seam of the workpiece at station A and the position required for automatic welding. At this point, the operator can install the product on the platform of station B, the installation is completed, and then press the start button of the robot station B.
(4) After the welding of station A is completed, the robot will automatically weld the products of station B (the operator kept the start button of station B in the previous step). At this time, the operator manually removes the products of station A. Repeat the installation again.

3. Workpiece precision requirement:
(1)The surface of the work shall not affect the quality of welding oil, rust, moisture;
(2)Must not affect the positioning of burrs, etc.;
(3)The clearance shall be no more than 1mm;
(4)The consistency error of the same weld group is less than 0.5m。
