1.5 Servo head and tail positioner (KLTLZW-500)
The servopositioner is an auxiliary equipment for industrial robot welding, cutting,engraving, grinding, spraying, etc. It is suitable for the processing ofcomplex workpieces, so that the products to be welded reach the processingposition and processing speed.
The positioner rotation adopts absolutevalue servo motor and high-precision RV reducer, which has high rotation precision,accurate positioning and strong carrying capacity.
By configuringand installing different types of servo motors (synchronous or asynchronous), therobot teaching controller or external operation box can remotely operate thepositioner.
The single-axis servo positioner mainlyconsists of an integral fixed seat, a rotary spindle box and a tailstock box, awelded mounting frame, a servo motor, a precision RV reducer, a conductivedevice, a protective cover and an electrical controller system. By flipping orrotating the angle of the table, the angle welding and assembly angle requiredfor the welded product are achieved. The table rotation is controlled by theservo motor, and the ideal welding speed can be obtained.

1.6 Robot walking track
Robot servo traveltrack (KLTXZ-3500)
Features:
1. In order to increase the workingrange of the robot and solve the shortcomings of limited working range due tothe limited reach of the robot body, our company specially designed the robotwalking track.
2. The robotic servo travel trackmanufactured by our company mainly consists of integral fixed base, servo powerunit, power transmission mechanism, guiding mechanism, robot mounting guiderail, protection mechanism, limit mechanism and walking attachment.
3. The whole base of the robot walkingtrack is welded by high-strength steel and steel. After the post-annealingtreatment and professional mechanical processing, it can ensure the stabilityand high precision of its long-term use. The track walking adopts well-knownbrand servo motors at home and abroad. (Customer servo motor can be customizedaccording to customer's requirements) with high-precision planetary reducer(Japan Xinbao reducer) as the power mechanism.
4. The transmission part consists ofhigh-precision rack and pinion (helical tooth) and high-precision linear guiderail, which ensures the smooth running of the robot and the high precision of positioning.
5, In order to ensure the safety ofthe robot walking, a hard limit is added at the extreme positions of the twoends of the robot walking track to protect.
6. We also equipped the walking trackwith a bracket for the torch cleaning station and a bracket for the barrelwire.
